Join the Journey — EcoHikes

EcoHikes began in 2017 with a simple belief: the outdoors is not an escape, but a return to something real — and the communities living closest to nature have the most to teach us. Eight years on, we curate small-group treks, tribal homestays and conservation-minded journeys across the Eastern Ghats. Now we're growing — and we're looking for people who want to help build this, not just join it.

Being honest with you

These are currently experience-based roles, not salaried ones. You give time, effort and reliability; we give journeys, growth, belonging — and a genuine first claim on stipends, revenue-share and paid roles as EcoHikes grows. If that trade feels right, read on.
